Automatic Vertical Strapping Equipment

Innova’s automatic vertical pallet strapping machine is a versatile solution designed to handle a wide range of pallet sizes and configurations. It offers the ability to strap loads on either 2 or 4 sides, depending on the specific requirements of the product and packaging. The machine is equipped with a 90º swivel system that allows strapping in one or two directions, significantly enhancing load fastening and ensuring comprehensive security for the palletized goods.

Additionally, it includes a lateral movement system, enabling multiple strapping processes to be performed on a single load without the need to move it. This feature is particularly advantageous for optimizing space on the production line, reducing the need for additional conveyors or handling equipment. The strapping frame itself is foldable, offering convenient storage and easy integration into existing production setups. For maximum product protection, the system can optionally include a cardboard corner protector applicator, which safeguards the edges of the wrapped products against potential damage.

Automatic Horizontal Strapping Equipment

This machine features an anti-vibration portal frame constructed with a solid four-pillar design. For those requiring even greater security, the machine can be optionally fitted with an automatic lateral compactor. This accessory helps achieve a perfectly secure load by applying pressure from the sides, further tightening the straps and reducing any potential movement during transport.

Stretch Hood System

Discover the innovative wrapping system Stretch Hood. This is a highly efficient pallet wrapping system that applies a tubular film on the load which adapts tightly to the dimensions of the load. It offers more savings on consumables than systems such the Stretch Wrap and total load protection and security against rain and humidity. Stretch Hood provides a total transparent wrapping, without wrinkles or folds, and a top-quality finish that gives added value to your palletized product.

This system is composed of an automated hooding mechanism paired with an oven that heats the shrink film to a precise 280ºC, causing the film to contract and perfectly conform to the shape of the load. As a result, your products are fully encapsulated, providing a secure and tight-fitting wrap that enhances both safety and durability during handling and transportation.
